We started the day on the Space Mountain rollercoaster, which freaked them both out a bit. It was a blessing in disguise as everything after that paled in comparison.
The three of us had a great time and walked virtually non-stop for 8 hours (apart from when on rides, etc.). It was very strange to be doing this without Maria.
We not only loved the venue and attractions, but the Disneyland theme train to the venue on one of the MTR lines was so well done. We also could not help but notice no matter where we went that day, there was rarely a piece of rubbish ("trash" for my US friends) to be seen. A little different to what we've become accustomed to over the past couple of years!
A praise point was that we did not have one drop of rain while at Disneyland. I must have taken 200 photos and a number of videos of them, so I’ll keep the attached slideshow brief.
