As the kids were on their sleepover, I went into work for a couple of hours. Picked the kids up and brought them home.
Some thing happened to my back at some stage during the day. Not quite sure what it was that triggered it. Maria’s mum massaged it, which gave it temporary relief. Need to keep an eye on it.
Played through till we had to head out for our evening radiotherapy session, but not before I set out the boundaries and expectations for both the kids and ‘Mama’.
Got in and out quickly from the treatment, which was a nice change.
