Fri 3-Apr-09 (quiet day)

Morning make-up session, followed by a drive to Café Tapuz, which is on an orange orchid out in “the sticks”. I think it’s the nicest café atmosphere in the country. Had my favourite ‘shakshuka’ breakfast.

Saw something amazing when leaving the cafe. A huge number of large birds (size of storks/pelicans) were flying in formation and crossing each other without colliding. Even the employees were fixated on this sight! The photo does it no justice.

A quiet day around the house. Collected the kids later in the afternoon.
