We received a call earlier in the day to say that Maria's combined radio/chemo treatment would commence tomorrow (Wed) evening local time. This will be exactly four weeks from the time of her operation.We decided to take the kids out as Maria saw this as her "last day of freedom", because she won't be able to venture out as much once the therapy commences.
They enjoyed the indoor playground at the local shopping centre before we went to a 'Diner' for dinner (hamburgers).
Please keep Maria in your prayers as we move into the treatment regime.
