Maria, Ben and Gabi allowed me to sleep in while they prepared a croissant breakfast. Gabi created the breakfast plate designs and Ben did the centrepiece (photos labelled accordingly). I also received some lovely handmade gifts and cards from the kids and a Toblerone bar specially designed for Father's Day.
Maria had her second consecutive reasonable night's sleep.
Apart from some more football...
...it has been a relaxing day. After lunch we took a slow walk to a park nearby on the top of a hill. The ascent was especially tough for Maria. The up-side (pardon the pun) was that it was a downhill run (well...walk actually) home.
The plan for this evening is to have party pies and sausage rolls for dinner in front of the TV.
